If for any reason, your welcome emails are not delivered, please contact us to activate your account. But, firstly, please check your spam / bulk folder.
There is none reported mail server issue, though. But, generally emails cannot be delivered for various issues (temporary blacklisting of the mail server IP, problem on the recipient server, very very strict spam methods etc.) - this is the nature of internet :)
A problem communicating the external file server is now solved.

Our datacenter has upgraded network infrastructure. The last days a few interruptions of service occured that lasted less than 15 minutes.
The previous week, there was an outage in the whole network because of a ddos attack - network equipment was upgraded to solve such issues.
